I had sent my $2,300.00 watch to Movado for repairs March 30th 2017 was told 7-10 days after a 2 week analysis of my wrist watch.I had called several times and could never get an answer from any of customer service reps.

Quote started under a $100.00 then had back order parts so 3 months later invoice is $279.00. Then they said we emailed you on the first of June. Check your spam mail he says most of our emails will end up in your spam folder. They have my phone number but no calls.

And they do not care about your needs for your devise all they say is "How you paying for this"?? This has been a horrible experience with Movado.

Do not recommend them to anyone.Wont buy another devise from this company and never have them repair it!
