I Shaindy Mezei had a problem the way the manager BERG SIMONIAN treated me in store.

I walked into movado in the woodbury commans exactly 8:30pm, and instead of him welcoming me nicely, he started with a very bad attitude towards me .... I wanted to exchange a watch that I recieved 2 weeks ago as a present, and I had my warranty card with me. First he asked me if i know when the store closes. Then he said that he will not help me out and I can leave the store. I asked him if maybe he cam check it up on the

computer to see that I purchased it he said "I wont do that and you can leave the store". I got very insultate and asked him. "Is this the way movado treats their custermers"? He answerd yes, and the next time you come into my store without your reciept i will send you out of my store again.... And I walked feeling very discriminated.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
