My Movado ran slow losing 5-10 minutes a day. No after sales help from the service center.

I needed one metal link in order to extend the wristband, and the representative told me over the phone that the price for ONE link is USD 55.00 plus shipping USD 12.50.
I think the price is outrageous for one metal link considering the fact I have already purchased 2 Movado watches for total of over USD 1600.
I will try my luck on Amazon or somewhere else.

They want me to send my watch to NY. With no guarantee that it will be fixed as it was discontinued right after it hit the market for manufacturer issues.
That cost will be on me. They are saying if it can't be fixed they will give me discount to purchase another.
There repair dealer cannot get the part after 6 weeks if having the watch. How will the head office have it when they are also sending me to that repair shop.
I call the head office in The US only to be told that this particular watch was pulled from the market shortly after i purchase because they were having issues with it.
The rep is telling me to send it to US with no guarantee it will be fixed and I could get a discount to purchase a new one if they don't have parts. Now why was it being sold in the first place if they knew it was having issues, why was it not recalled.

Within just a month of purchase, the watchs battery became completely non-functional and had to be replaced. While we chose to overlook this early issue, we are now facing another concern the stainless steel belt of the watch has lost its shine and appears dull and worn out, which is highly unexpected for a premium product of this price range.
This has caused considerable dissatisfaction, especially given the short time frame since purchase.
We believe that a watch of this value should reflect durability and consistent performance, both functionally and aesthetically.

Ive got scammed trough instagram advertising of Modavo. I have made the purchase and waited.
They generated fraudulent emails and a fake tracking number.

Bought a brand new Movado watch for my husband for Christmas. It arrived, He was sooooo excited, until he opened it.
They sent us a damaged watch. So I worked with customer service, did what they told me, drove the watch to fedex to ship it back for repair or replace. It has been a while but they finally get back to me to say that the watch is out of stock and they, without talking to me, issued a PARTIAL refund to my credit card (which by this point is fully paid off, thank you very much). They refunded most of the watch price but kept $107 until I complained about it then a second refund for $107 was issued.
Cheaters!!! Now i have a credit on a credit card, I am out all of that money until i go purchase something else on that credit card, WHAT?! Not only that but my husband now does not get the watch he was so excited about and i have a credit card overpay.. So i talk to a manager who says it should not have gone down that way (i mean I spoke to the manager AFTER speaking to a condescending customer service rep who told me in essence "too bad, so sad, deal with it") and said she would send me a 3 month promo code to hopefully get the price back down to what i initially spent, yikes.
But here's the kicker, she never actually sent the promo code, she just said she did. I cannot believe Movado is this terrible... MOVADO DID US WRONG!!!
I will update once I know the final conclusion... I am hoping they fix this and mend the damaged relationship.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I returned 2 items I purchased online using the return label provided by them. I sent the items back in the original form and packaging.
I only got refunded for 1 item and I have reach out numerous times to them, and they fail to reply. I have been told that my items were received, and I will get my money refunded, than another person stated they only received 1 item and a supervisor will call me on the phone and this been happening for 4 days and no response or refund.

Just when the links were placed in my watch I paid for new battery that lasted 4 four months? The manager did replace the battery again and thanked me for being patient. His service was excellent. So how long is this battery supposed to last from 07/11/2024.
He stated that I would have to pay for the next one. Well I paid for the first on that only lasted four months. Yes I was told cause my watch was old they suggested the something was wrong with it. When in in fact it was a defective battery.

I can say that I hate to waste my time I do appreciate her honesty about not know how to change a battery.
Movade should at least share with their employees on how to chang a battery. The service make you not want to invest in this company anymore.
