I took this watch to several watch repair stores trying to get the battery replaced. Unfortunately, I was told by each one that I had to send it back to Movado.
I have two of these watches and inherited a third one. Something is always happening to these watches, and I was told that I had to give them a credit card number, send it to New Jersey ( i'm a New Yorker), and they will fit it then charge my credit card. I don't own a c.c. I wanted to sent it to them and they bill me.
NO THEY WANT A CREDIT CARD UNLESS THEY WON'T FIX IT.
I even asked them can I send KING CASH. No they didn't want that!!!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of movado watch. Movado needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
