Don't believe the five year warranty.The crown pulled out of the case completely, (the part that adjust the time).

The Movado Company gave me the old song and dance "that isn't covered". This was a seventeen hundred dollar watch that lasted until the first time change.

On first contact everything was fine they said it would be covered under warranty.So I sent it to them on my dime, later I get the email with a Service Estimate, $280 for the repair.

Apparently the repair entails replacing the case tube which is not covered.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss warranty issue of movado watch. Movado needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
