Owned the watch for ten month and only wore it three times and it stopped working. It sat in my office desk for a year and finally shipped it in to get service.

To my surprise they wanted $250 to fix it. I am surprised that a company that is suppose to sell a premium watch doesn't stand behind them. I had the watch sent back and will be down graded to the junk drawer.

As I am reading all these terrible reviews I noticed that they all carry a four and five star rating.

How is the possible? Sounds like this company needs new management.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

I didn't like: Movado.
